Dr. Ripley successfully completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and Leadership, and What You Can Learn from the World of Diplomacy. Moreover, she earned a credential in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. Dr. Ripley received the degree of Masters of Ministry and Diplomacy, and was conferred honorary doctorate of humane letters by the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association University & Seminary (C.I.C.A).

Dr. April Ripley is an Executive Trustee of The International Third World Leadership Association (ITWLA) Board founded by the late Dr. Myles Munroe. In 2014, Dr. Ripley received the organization’s inaugural “Outstanding Leadership Character and Achievement as an Emerging Leader”, under the signature of Dr. Myles Munroe and Dr. Peter Morgan.

She is a member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA,) the Society for Human Resource Management, the Atlanta Council of International Relations, the World Affairs Council of Atlanta, and The International Women's Association, just to name a few.

Dr. Ripley holds diplomatic status with the United Nations through Word of Life Ministries International (WOLMI), a non-governmental organization in special status with the United Nation’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

In 2015, Dr. Ripley was honored for her expertise in international protocol and recognized as Her Excellency Reverend Doctor April Ripley, CDKA, Ph.D., COIE, Ambassador-At-Large.

In 2018, she was appointed to the United Nations in Geneva as the Main Representative for Word of Life Ministries International. In 2019, Her Excellency was awarded the title of Her Excellency Reverend Doctor April Ripley, OEA.

In 2020, H.E. Dr. Ripley was appointed as the Director-General of International Affairs and the Office of Protocol for WOLMI’s International Consulting Cabinet (WOLMI- I.C.C.) and was made a UN Peace Ambassador for the organization.

In 2021, Dr. Ripley received The President's Lifetime Achievement Award under the signature of President Joseph R. Biden.

Developing and training world leaders to be global agents of change is in Dr. April Ripley’s DNA.
